  • Conversion rate: 1.41% – up 2%

  • AOV: $51.86 – up 27%

  • Orders: 195 – up 57%

  • Email revenue: up 30%, making up 26% of total sales

  • Facebook Ads revenue: up 152%

  • ROAS: 2.5 (yep, profitable and scalable)

💡 6 Lessons That Made It Happen

1. Traffic Quality > Quantity

Yes, I grew sessions by 71%, but here’s the real win:

  • Added to Cart: up 203%

  • Reached Checkout: up 139%

The traffic wasn’t just bigger — it was better. My targeting was dialed in, and the creative was connecting with the right people. Result? More ready-to-buy visitors, not just browsers.

👉 Lesson: More eyes are great, but you want the right eyes.

2. Boosting AOV = Bonus Profit

My AOV hit $51.86 — that’s 27% higher than last July.

How?

  • Bundles

  • Strategic offers

  • Smart merchandising

And because I didn’t need more orders to grow profit, my ROAS went up too.

3. Email Quietly Crushed It

Email brought in 26% of my total revenue this month. That’s not by chance.

I ran consistent campaigns, kept flows fresh, and made sure new leads from ads were nurtured the right way in Klaviyo.

👉 Lesson: Email is the engine room. Don’t ignore it while you chase ad wins.

4. Ads + Email = Compounding Growth

Here’s the real strategy:

  • Facebook Ads brought in new customers

  • Email converted and re-engaged them

The growth didn’t come from one channel winning — it came from both working together. Ads filled the funnel, email made it profitable.

👉 Lesson: Your channels shouldn’t work in silos.

5. 2.5 ROAS Came From Strategy, Not Magic

There was no single “magic” campaign.

I used:

  • Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns (ASC)

  • Regular creative testing

  • Manual performance reviews

I scaled what was working and cut what wasn’t — no “set and forget” here.

6. Product Focus = Better Results

The Turtle Treasure subscription box and Outback Farm collection led the pack this month.

I tracked bestsellers and gave them more ad spend, more visibility, and more love.
